I've had the Core Extensions Bundle for Unlimited Sites since November 2021. I believe that is equivalent to the current Agency Basic Bundle, but I'm looking to upgrade to the Agency Ultimate Bundle, as I now need some of the additional plugins that it offers, and decided I would like AIO as well.
Is this possible? If so, how would I go about doing so?
Currently, we do not support upgrading a license to a higher one. In 14 days from the purchase day, you can purchase a new license and ask for a refund of the old license but you've used it for 3 months so there is no way to help, unfortunately.
