MB User Profile issues - Meta Box

I tried to use MB User Profile but I faced the following issues:
1. If user update their email it doesn't get an email to confirm the new email address like WordPress do on Profile page.
2. I also use the "rwmb-user-info" to let users change their password but the fields are required even if the user has no intention to update their password.
