    Hi,

    Our development/staging site is not being recognized as such, it contains ".dev." as part of the FQDN so unsure why it's not being recognized (other plugins recognize this as a staging environment). I am not sure what will happen when we go live and push the site from staging to production. I am guessing that we would have to deactivate the staging environment license but this leaves us crippled for being able to test updates, etc. on the staging environment before pushing them to production, which is one of the main purposes of a staging environment.

    How do we get this fixed?

    Hi Mark,

    The staging or development domain should not contain "www". Can you please try it out?

    The only difference is the staging site is not counted as a live site when activating the license key. Other features are the same as a live site.
