Hi,
we have just purchased Metabox Builder and installed firstly in a clean WP 6.1 with Astra Theme (no other plugins) it's weird, no errors, no server logs... but the Admin menu point of the plugin is not appearing ?¿
It's like no plugin activation has occurred.
After that, tested in two of our dev servers, both with clean WP install no other plugins, one with WP6.03 and the other with WP6.1.
Same results.
What is happening?

Is the plugin Meta Box activated? All MB extensions need to activate the plugin Meta Box to work.

"activate" you mean the standard action "activate plugin" of WordPress?
We do not see any other action in the plugin itself or in "Manage licenses" in your website, where we only can "regenerate" a key.

when you say "activate" you are saying that we need to install another plugin, because no indication is shown in "Matabox Builder" (please...)
So, if I need to use Metabox, I need to:
- Install Metabox Builder
- Setup its license
- Install Metabox plugin
Ok, and, as Metabox Builder is a boundle, for love of god hahah WHERE we can dowload the rest of the plugins?
You say this is a regular way?

The flow should be:
- Install and activate Meta Box
- Install and activate other extensions (Meta Box Builder, MB Relationships or just Meta Box AIO ...)
- Activate the license key
The first step is written down in the Introduction documentation https://docs.metabox.io/introduction/
Meta Box core plugin, which is free and available on wordpress.org. It's the foundation of all features and is always required (activated).
You can download other extensions on the My Account page https://metabox.io/my-account/
If you have the Lifetime Bundle license, you can use one plugin Meta Box AIO to get all pro features. Please read more here https://docs.metabox.io/extensions/meta-box-aio/

Where is the download link to the extensions included in our purchase?
"Meta Box Builder is a boundle with 12 PRO extensions included"
In "My Account page" we only see "Meta Box Builder" as we mention.

That email is different from the account email that I’m seeing, which is adm**@ exceptional**.org. Please use this email to login and you’ll see all extensions.
The problem might be that when you purchased the plugins, you entered a different email than your current account email, then the system thinks they’re different and two accounts are created.

it's been almost FIVE days since I have reported the problem.
And the problem is simple: I have purchased a Bundle and in "my account" does not appear that purchase.
The purchase has been done by me, with my own email, using my own PayPal account, the same email that I am using to write here in your forum.
So please ask your system where are my purchase, and please, review expiration date as we can not already use it.

one week after my purchase, after been explaining the issue, we are still not be able to download the purchased bundle.
