Method to create setting pages for Network Admin

Hi,

I am including all Metabox Files as MU Plugins in WP-Multisite. It works well this way because I have several themes and plugins that all depend on these and I don't want any chance of anyone disabling them.

Is there a way to create settings pages for the network?

I tried creating my own main page and then using metabox API to create the sub-pages like below with no luck.

'parent' => 'network/admin.php?page=obh-warning-modal.php'

Any thoughts?
