To reproduce, create an MB Group/Skin in the Elementor Theme builder. Add a variable, I'm using a custom field. And Add before and After text to variable. Ex. the Value of the custom field is "Sample", under advanced I add before="Before" and after="After". In the Theme Builder the skin displays properly and shows "Before Sample After". When I load that skin using the group widget, it displays the items with the proper skin, but the before and after text does not load. So on the actual page it just shows "Sample" etc. for all the items in the group.

    Hi Rick,

The field settings before, after just help you to output the custom HTML to explain more details of the field on the backend (field appearance) when adding the field value. They are not saved data to the database so will not display on the skin, just field value.
Read more on the documentation https://docs.metabox.io/field-settings/

    Hi Long,

Thanks so much for the reply. Sorry I'm referring to the Before/After fields in the standard Elementor Dynamic Content popup, not metabox. So when you use any dynamic content in Elementor you go to the Advanced Tab where you can enter Before/After/Fallback.

That's the info that's not displaying properly. It shows when previewing the skin, but not when the skin is used in a group widget. The variable itself loads, just not the Before/After content.

    Hi Rick,

    Thanks for your feedback.

I'm able to reproduce that issue on my demo site and I've informed the development team to consider supporting this case in future updates.
