Need help with output group values - Meta Box

I made 2 groups to act like sidebar boxes, now I am trying to output those boxes, but I am running into trouble. Can you please have a look at it and show me where I go wrong?

I have generated 1 imagebox and 2 textboxes. I have managed to show the imagebox, but the textboxes don't show at all.

Looking forward to receiving some tips on how to accomplish this.

Just edited metabox-output.php as it was using the wrong variable.

Now the code only outputs the last textbox, but it needs to output two textboxes.
