    Hello, Can I write any code in php in any field in the form frontend subimission?
    I see exist the field custom html, but not a php field, to can show in the frontend any value of my bbdd depending on conditions of each post.

    The custom_html field allows you to set a callback (a PHP function name), where you can use a PHP function to output anything. Please try it.
