Problems with data import - Meta Box

Hi,

You always recommend this plugin for import : https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-ultimate-csv-importer/
But the free version doesn't support CPT and custom fields created by Meta Box.

I tested with WP all import and succeeded for once, and then failed. Is there any documentation on how to map the custom created table and custom fields (even simple fields)?

I tried to generate php code of the field group but failed too, many times.
What should I check?

If there's no way to resolve the problem and no documentation that I can rely on, I'll have to abandon Meta Box AIO and go to ACF free for a quick fix.

p.s. I'm using Oxygen builder

Hi,

The feature Generate PHP Code helps you to register the custom fields on other sites that do not have MB Builder, it does not help to import data on your site.

Regarding the import plugin, WP All Import (Pro) is not fully compatible with Meta Box extensions to import data to the custom table. You can try to contact their support to ask for help with this issue.
