    Hi, will the renewal price be maintained for current plans after December 1st, when the new plans go into effect?

    If I, for example, buy one of the current plans (core or developer) and stop renewing the license for a while, what happens if I decide to renew in the future? Will I pay the renewal price for new or old plans? Thanks.

    Hi,

    If you cancel the subscription in a while but your license is not expired, the renewal price will be maintained for the old plan. If the license is expired, you have to purchase a new license with the new plan.

    How do I actually cancel the subscription. We were not aware that it would be automatically renewed. This was not indicated when we bought licence 2 years ago! Do not appreciate this policy to be honest!
    Can't find unsubcribe in my account. Please advise

    Hi,

    You can follow the link in the email sent from Fast Spring, there will be a section to manage the subscription and you can cancel the subscription from there.
