    I bought on Feb 4. I have requested a refund several times via the contact form (no response). today PAYPAL tried to initiate a refund via paypal. I get this response: We would like to inform you that this charge was authorized and non-refundable. Customer placed an order for a product “Personal - Ultimate Bundle” on 4 Feb 2023, 19:54 The purchase was made from: https://metabox.io. I would like a refund as stated on the website. can support help me with this?
