    Hello,

    I tried working with your plugin for 2 days and following the documentation, but seems like it's too confusing for me. I have used ACF for years so I'm familiar with the same type of coding, but somehow I can't get Metabox to work properly for the things that I need. And the documentation is rather vague, can't seem to find my answers here and since English is not my main language, I have trouble explaining it. I am able to work with ACF for the problem that I'm facing (I just wanted to try metaboxes so I can place it in a functions file and could do without the plugin) but for now, I will have to stick to ACF.

    Is it possible for a refund please?

    First of all, thank you for trying Meta Box. I'm sorry that you had difficulties using it. Can you please clarify your concerns so that I can help you more closely? For example: what fields do you want to create, with what conditions, or which part of the documentation is vague? I will try my best to help you.

    I see you bought only the Builder extension. There are some features such as conditional display meta boxes for a specific page template or display it for terms, and they need some other extensions to work. Besides, the approach in the Builder extension is somewhat different from ACF, so maybe something is not the same.

    Hello, I never received a notification of your reply.
    I have tried to use the builder in combination with the regulare Metabox plugin. It's not what I am looking for, I don't get them to output even when I use the code you've provided. I have no use for this plugin and I'm sticking with ACF. If it's still possible for a refund I would like one. If not, than that's a bummer. I know I'm late but I tried working with it and I have decided that ACF is much easier for the things that I want to accomplish so I'm sticking with that.

    Thanks a lot for your feedback! As you requested on Feb, I will send the refund. FYI, we’ve just updated the Builder extension and if you have a chance to look at the plugin, it would be great.
