Relationship not saving

    I have setup relationship between two custom post types, however when I then try a define a relationship it will not save, I have tried disabling all other plugins and still face the issue
    what could be the issue?

    Please try to increase the PHP setting max_input_vars and recheck the issue

    Thanks was already set at 5000. I have uncovered that the relationships table did not exist in the database. Once I recreated that then it started saving properly!
