Renew Link Not Working

    Hi,

    I'm trying to renew the Core Extensions Bundle license in my account for my client, using the 'Renew' link provided on the My Account page ( https://metabox.io/my-account/?swcfpc=1 ).

    Whenever I click the 'renew' link I get a overlay with a spinner for a second or two, then it returns to the page.

    Upon checking the JavaScript console is appears you are POSTing a request to https://metabox.onfastspring.com/popup-metabox/builder/finalize and it's returning a 400 error (variation-not-found)

    I'm guessing this could mean I can't renew the particular product, but it could also just be your site, or products on fast spring, are misconfigured.

    Can you assist with the best way to resolve this?

    Hi Dorian,

    The Core Extensions Bundle is deprecated and no longer available. If your payment details are correct and the subscription is active, only then the automatic renewal can process (this process is handled automatically by FastSpring, the payment gateway for active subscribers only). In this case, please purchase a new plan on the pricing page.
