EDIT: I've just discovered the new alpha ui manager. maybe with it I can solve some of the issues I faced with MB... and I would love to try it a bit longer before going on with the refund request. How much time I have to ask for the refund then? I purchased MB on May 24, 2025.
Regarding the refund policy, we will process refund requests within 14 days of the purchase date. Therefore, the latest date to request a refund is June 06.
I would like a refund as well. Can't find a phone number or email address. and I can not even open my own topic. I cancelled this subscription like a year ago and I just got a notification that my subscription has renewed. I would like a full refund. I am not using your programing as it did not work for me.
