    I prefer not to say - it's also regarding some integrations between stacks that's confidential, but it didn't work out in the end.

    Hi John,

    We guarantee that the refund will be processed in 14 days without any issue. But you purchased the license on Apr 26 so it is not possible to issue the refund, unfortunately.

    Hi, I did not purchase the license on April 26, i purchased it on Thu, May 26, 2:09 PM (5 days ago).

    Hi John,

    Can you please share a screenshot of your invoice that demonstrate the payment is processed on May 26? Our system recognizes that the payment is processed on Apr 26.

    Hi, I would like to request for a refund for the Personal - Basic Bundle since i found out later that its not a requirement if i already own the MB User Profile Plugin.

    Please refund the Personal - Basic Bundle only. Not the MB User Profile Plugin.
