Shortcodes to display settings data doesn't work in my theme's header - Meta Box

Hi!

So I managed to create a Settings page, and display the fields in the frontend page using shortcodes.

Some of those are also to be displayed in the header, like phone, address, e-mail. When i use the exact same shortcodes, they don't show the data, instead they print the literal shortcode:

I'm using Neve (https://themeisle.com/themes/neve/)

Any ideas on what might be causing this? For the time being I'm hiding header and footer until I know how to sort it out.

Hi,

It is possible that the theme does not support adding the shortcode to the header contact (phone, email...). You can contact theme support to ask for help in this case.
