    Hi all, say I have a page called About Us and I want to provide a custom metabox field for a client to edit when they are in the Edit Page area of the About Us page. At the moment if I set the custom field location to Page it shows on every page they edit. Is there a way to specify which page it should show on so it only shows on the About Us edit page?

    (Note: I am also using Oxygen builder so no theme is in use.)

    Hi Andrew,

    You can select:
    Location: Post type - Page
    Advanced location rules: Post - About Us

    to show a meta box on the editing page About Us only.

    I am on Version 4.1.13 of the builder but have no advanced location rules available to me.

    AJ Troxell, you may need to enable the Conditional Logic extension: https://docs.metabox.io/extensions/meta-box-conditional-logic/

    From the description it reads as though conditional logic pertains to individual fields where as advanced location is a default feature of the MB Builder extension: https://metabox.io/plugins/meta-box-builder/

    Hi AJ,

    The builder does not include the default features like MB Conditional Logic, you need to activate the additional plugin to use it in the builder.
    - Advanced location rules: activate the plugin MB Include Exclude https://metabox.io/plugins/meta-box-include-exclude/?swcfpc=1
    - Toggle rules: activate the plugin MB Show Hide https://metabox.io/plugins/meta-box-show-hide/?swcfpc=1
    - Conditional Logic: activate the plugin MB Conditional Logic https://metabox.io/plugins/meta-box-conditional-logic/?swcfpc=1
