Show Custom Title from Custom Field - Meta Box

Hi! I disabled support for Title & Editor for a custom post type. Now when I save the entries show up with the title "Auto Draft". How can I make it so that it shows the Meta Box title as the title?

Long, wanted to quickly follow up on this. Everything has been working great. I just noticed in the URL that it shows up as /auto-draft-2-2/ for new or duplicated items. How can I make sure it matches the title of the post?
