    Hi there

    I've tried to find this solution but without success and it seems so easy but I just can't work it out.

    I have created a custom post type and that contains some custom fields. I want to show the latest post in that CPT on a page which is built with Elementor. I can use the Posts element to show the title, excerpt, date, etc. but not the custom fields. One of the fields is a gallery so I want to show all the images for that post.

    I know I would normally do this by designing the archive template for the CPT but I just want to show this on a specific page.

    Hi Jon,

    The Posts widget of Elementor does not support showing the custom fields in the posts list. Please try to use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/ele-custom-skin/, it will help you design listing posts and custom fields of posts.

    That's brilliant. What a great plugin. This has almost completely solved my issue.

    I also have a button which should link to a custom post where a PDF has been uploaded but the field doesn't appear when I click to add a dynamic field and select Meta Box.

    Hi,

    All field type file to upload files has the setting 'multiple' => true. That means the values saved in multiple rows in the database so it is possible that the builder plugin does not support showing files. Please contact the plugin support to ask for help in this case.
