Switch to PHP 8 access array offset value error

After switching from PHP 7.4 to PHP 8.0 and 8.1 i get an error:
Trying to access array offset on value of type bool:

WordPress and plugins are updated to the latest versions.
What is going on? Any ideas?

This issue is fixed in this commit a few months ago https://github.com/wpmetabox/meta-box-beaver-themer-integrator/commit/08a1db06918c6bcca77c7a8e01766dee76a7ee59

Can you please check if it is available in the plugin source code on your site?

Yes, it is in the plugin source code.
But the error is on line 142 ..!?

Topic was solved. Error came from plugin: "Meta Box - Beaver Themer Integrator
Deaktivieren" - after updating, everything works fine.
