I'm using Bricks Builder and Metabox for a directory site. I have a taxonomy called Listing Type that has multiple taxonomy terms. When I try to create an archive set to show the listings for the taxonomy terms of listing types, it shows up empty.

The listing type selection is a choice in the CPT that users must select (taxonomy advanced field). I notice these same taxonomy terms in native Word Press (I'm solely using Metabox taxonomies) on the right hand side of the CPT. These do not automatically get checked when I select the listing type in the CPT. However, if I manually selected the listing type term in the WordPress format to the right of the CPT on the back end of WordPress, it will then show up on the archive page.

Is there some way that when the listing type selection is made in the CPT that it can sync with the Metabox terms in the native WordPress format as well?

Otherwise, I have no idea how to query by taxonomy terms in Bricks.

    Hello Tanja,

Please follow the documentation below to understand the difference between taxonomy and taxonomy_advanced fields.
    https://docs.metabox.io/fields/taxonomy-advanced/
    https://docs.metabox.io/fields/taxonomy/

    - taxonomy: set post terms and work like WordPress taxonomy box.
    - taxonomy_advanced: set post meta and work like other custom fields.

if you are using the taxonomy_advanced field, you can query posts by post meta. Please contact Bricks support to get further assistance when you use their builder.
