Taxonomy field in group nested in cloneable group not loading selected value

I have a Cloneable Group (sortable), and it contains a Group (non cloneable), and that contains a Taxonomy (Select Advanced, non Multiple) field.

I am able to properly select the taxonomy and save the post, and the correct value shows up on the front end.

However, if I go to the backend and edit that post, the previously selected taxonomy value does not show up in the taxonomy select field, and rather the select field is blank.

Is this a known bug?
