Hello, I am a bit confused about taxonomy slugs and changing cpts later.
I changed the name and therefore also the slug of my taxonomy.
I know it's not good practice to change that.
After doing so, I realized that when I check the slug checkbox in the WordPress Screen Options panel, there is a different slug set in the WordPress settings. That's not only the case with the changed taxonomy slug but even with the original. I usually set the slugs to the plural. The WordPress slug however shows singular and if I change the slug in metabox, the WordPress slug remains the original value.
I also realized that changed cpts, relationships, custom fields and taxonomies all remain somewhere in the database and Bricks builder sometimes shows them as available dynamic data when they are not existing anymore. In the future I will try to avoid changing cpts but is there any way to clean the database from the old, orphaned values? I am creating a blueprint and would like it to be as clean as possible. Thank you in advance.

    Hello,

After changing the CPT, Taxonomy slug, the posts, and terms created are still saved in the database. They are just not displayed in the admin area. You can use a plugin to switch CPT, Taxonomy for them.
