Use custom user image as author picture

Using User Meta / User Profile

I'm wanting to accomplish a few things:

1) Replace the default WP Profile Picture with my custom image from meta box.
2) Use that image as the 'Author Picture.' Right now it would just pull the image of whatever user is logged in.
3) Do the same for a few more fields (like social media, email) so I can display the authors information on a post.
