What's the differences between this plugin (Meta Box Include Exclude) with Meta Box Show/Hide? - Meta Box

I see that both extension is for showing/hiding metabox depending on some combining conditions. And I see that Include Exclude might have more condition settings.
Please let me know which one I should buy?
