Why does my WYSIWYUG text area / field not respect my paragraphs? - Meta Box

Oxygen 3.9
Look at the FAQ section of my URL footer, In have text chunks that don't respect my new lines or paragraphs. I've even tried hardcoding it in.

Hi Dan,

Can you please share some screenshots of the issue? You can also switch to the tab Text of the WYSIWYG field to re-check the <p> tag is added.

If I add the p tag manually, it is stripped away when I save my page. I'm using the WYSIWYG editor
