ParticipantHi Peter - I did re-check by switching to a different theme (Twenty Twenty Three) and it did work. So, then I reached out the the theme creator (Beaver Builder - Beaver Builder Theme) and they said the following:
Good morning.
I looked into that field, and CSS wise, this is what makes it wide:
.rwmb-input input, .rwmb-input textarea, .rwmb-input select {
max-width: 100%;
}It comes from Metabox itself.
You could add the following code in the Customizer's CSS area, and set the width percentage for whatever you want. It will then adjust that zipcode field's width..
#zipcode {
max-width: 10%;
}SO...I have added the CSS to change most fields, but can't figure out the "new password" and "confirm new password" field IDs from the Edit Profile. I've tried using the following, without a response:
id_password
id_password2What are the correct IDs, as they come from [mb_user_profile_info id="rwmb-user-info"]?
Thanks,
SamSam
ParticipantHi Peter - Jist so we’re on the same page, I need to BOTH be able to edit the email address field that is provided from the Registration’s email field (via MB user profile shirt code) and display this same field. Your method sounds like we’re breaking this, as there’s now going’s to be a second email field.
Thanks

ParticipantHi Peter - Here are some screenshots. I have the input box size of zipcode set to 5.
thanks

ParticipantI agree. I'm having same issue with Login form. Stylistically, I need to change "login" to "Login" or "", but don't have the labeling override option here.
Long, please add label_style for Login, Registration, Profile Edit shortcodes or other options. It's a small but important detail missing from MB User Profile

ParticipantOk, but is there a metabox solution for handling this? If not, can you point me in a direction.
Thanks,

ParticipantThanks, Long. And FYI, here is a great example of a complicated form with what I consider high performance/commercial standards (and no, it's not WordPress). But still...this is the competition, and I'm guessing that people like you guys thrive on big challenges.
https://www.acahoops.com/add-listing (there may be an advertisement screen popping up at first, but the form is behind it. It's worth a look.)

ParticipantLong - That won’t work as I need conditionals on custom fields, groups, etc. I should research options for preloading JS. Let me know if you think of an alternative to solidify/fortify the load on these forms. It’s unfortunate as it does just about everything necessary for a large complicated form, yet loads with a lag. Doesn’t present professionally.
Thanks,

ParticipantThanks, Long. As you can tell, I’m on the edge of my seat excited about getting drag & drop update released. It’s going to make my life much less stressful. And thanks for clarification about extending conditionals.
One more question … when a custom field form loads (on the front end as well as the backend), and the form is very robust like the ones I’m working on (with lots of groups, conditionals, etc), there’s a lag on page load/refresh where the conditionals take a few moments to script out … what’s the solution to prevent this (and have everything in the form load exactly how it’s supposed to on initial load, without waiting for conditionals to work themselves out)?
Thanks again,
SamSam
ParticipantIn ref. to my post above, I also forgot to mention that in conjunction with the functionality above, the last missing feature that would tie this pay-to-post functionality together tightly, is the option to allow a review page before before submitting the payment processing details and the post itself (and allow the user to "go back" to edit).
Would love to hear your comments, Long.
Much thanks,
SamSam
ParticipantI'm really needing this as well. Integrated pay-to-post functionality. Any update on this, Long?
Thanks,
SamSam
Participantplease disregard this ticket. it works fine!
