I gotten this error using MB Testimonials, it is showing in the console log https://prnt.sc/ITkLFT8pyiop, deactivating MB Testimonials Plugin the error gotten away. Based on the console log it seems like there is a blocking on the SVG. May I know how can I solve this?
Do you add some custom SVG images to the testimonial item? If yes, please share some screenshots of the testimonial. I do not see that issue on my demo site.

JPEG image was applied to the author image (https://prnt.sc/SDiSdP0TmkmL) not SVG. But in the console log it shows the 403 error (https://prnt.sc/HC5K_v7pQooX) for SVG. Author image is not using SVG but JPEG but not sure why the error shows
Can you please share your site URL where I can see the issue? It looks related to the arrow next/prev of the slider. You can try to disable the arrow or use the custom arrow and check this issue again.
