Hi I added the "post" field to a custom post type, and I want to display the posts featured image next to the post title in the drop down.
Is this possible?

It isn't possible. But you can add some text to the post title in the list by using the filter hook rwmb_post_choice_label. Refer to the documentation https://docs.metabox.io/fields/post/#filters
