Hi Guys Im Using an Image Select for users to pick the shape of a product.
Im populating it from a taxonomy using the PHP callback.
I would love to be able to have a text label under each image of the taxonomy name to help users identify what they are selecting as some shapes can be a little bit similar.
The field image_select does not support adding a text label under each image like that. I will inform the development team to consider supporting this case in future updates. By the way, you can try to create your own field type by following this documentation https://docs.metabox.io/creating-new-field-types/
I don't have the programming skills to tackle this myself yet but I think as an option on the Image Select field other customers may find it useful as well so hopefully the devs can consider it 🙂
