    Hello

    Bought appsumo lifetime license weeks ago, but end up can't download the plugins from my account. It requires me to pay again.

    Under my account, the row "AppSumo Tier 3 (all extensions, all solutions, unlimited sites, lifetime update)" has no download link, but a "renew" link, that I press on it, nothing show up.

    Sent email through support few days ago, there's no acknowledgement or reply. Can someone follow up on this and help me on to activate the plugin?

    I see your payment was refunded. That's why you don't see the download links in My Account page. Please check your AppSumo account again or email to [email protected] for help. In case you have an active payment, please ask [email protected] to send us an email for confirmation. I'll reset your account purchases again.
