[Bug] UI Disappears after changing Sub-Group item to Checkbox - Meta Box

I'm on MB v5.7.2 and AIO v1.21.1.
When I change a sub-group item's field type to checkbox, the UI disappears. If I press "Publish/Update" after this happens, everything is lost. Screenshot: https://cln.sh/XZMvKv76

I have another install using AIO v1.20.3 and this also happens.

Thanks for your feedback. I can reproduce the issue on my side. I've escalated this issue to the development team to fix it in the next update.

I can produce the issue with simple subfield text in a group and escalate it to Anh.
