I thought by changing the "Save Format" would fix it - https://share.cleanshot.com/oxLxzO. However, nothing happened.
Where can I make this change so the date reads correctly?

I do not see that issue on my demo site. Can you please let me know how you output the field value? You can also use the helper shortcode [rwmb_meta id="date_field_id"] to output the date value in the builder to re-check it.
