CPT Slug/GUID based on Custom Field meta value. - Meta Box

Hi.

I have CPT for different shops around the city.
Each shop has its address with zipcode which are supplied by the shop owners from front end.
I am trying to get each shop having the following slug stored in WP posts guid column of posts table as soon as a shop owner submits new post type.

sitename/shop/shop-name-1-zipcode
sitename/shop/shop-name-2-zipcode
sitename/shop/shop-name-3-zipcode
etc.

How could I achieve this?
