But it is not rendering. Yes I did clear my server cache etc.

I did both - console and wp-debug and there are no errors. So not sure why the code is showing up on the bottom of the page but not rendering. Thanks for looking into this.
Did you deactivate all plugins except Meta Box, MB extensions and switch to the default theme of WordPress (Twenty TwentyOne)?
Yes I did and the same css code showed up on the bottom and it did not render.
