Custom field data missing after deleting one field

I migrated a CPT for Team Members as well as the custom fields associated with it from ACF to Metabox. I decided to delete one of the custom fields (an image field for Headshots) in favor of just using the Featured Image. When I delete the custom field, all data for the OTHER custom fields is no longer showing on the backend. The data all displays properly on the front end, but not on the back end.
