Custom fields ( Advanced) Before and after HTML

Trying to get the HTML in Custom fields (Advanced tab) Before and after to display via views

have tried
{% for item in post.target_market %}
{{ item.value }}
{% endfor %}

and just {{ post.phone }} get the data vales no problem

Guess I need help please or more sleep
