In the Custom Fields, I've created a group.
In the group settings >
post type: pages(page)
Advanced location rules: [ONLY pages with English titles showed up]
I tested a page and changed the title from Chinese to English, and until then I saw that page.
I have deactivated all other plugins and the problem remains.

One shows the pages I have. The other one shows what pages are available for me to choose... only the English ones showed up.
By default, the builder only supports showing the latest 10 items in the select box. You can try to create a new Chinese page and re-check this issue. Or type the page title to search the Chinese pages.
