Custom post type with a relationship doesn't display on the front end with Bricks Builder in Cloudways hosting. I have seen people have the same problem before, looks like the issue is from the OP cache plugin. I already disable the OP plugin but it doesn't work. How do you resolve this problem?

I've determined that the issue is specific to the template. For other post types, everything works fine.
The issue is happening on the Template. I've created a template for the Service Archive (which is built as a custom post type), and I want it to display testimonials that are set in the relationship to the "Bricks Template". The testimonials aren't showing on the front end, although they do appear when previewed from the builder.

I usually use Cloudways, but I also tested this on a completely fresh site on SiteGround with only Bricks and Metabox installed. The issue persists. I even deactivated and deleted SiteGround's cache plugin, but it still doesn't work.

I've also tried installing older versions of the Bricks theme (versions 1.9.0 and 1.8.6), but that didn't solve the problem.

Initially, as I mentioned in my earlier post, I thought the issue might be due to the OP cache plugin from Cloudways. However, I now believe that the plugin is not the cause. Could the issue originate from either Bricks or Metabox?

    Hello,

Can you please use some simple code to display the relationship and recheck this issue? Refer to the documentation https://docs.metabox.io/extensions/mb-relationships/#getting-connected-items

Thank you for your advice. How can I implement this in Bricks? I apologize for my beginner-level question. I've added this code from https://docs.metabox.io/extensions/mb-relationships/#api to the "Code" component in the Bricks Archive template, but it's not working.

    Hello,

You can add the code to a template file of the theme on your site, without using Bricks to see if the issue comes from Meta Box or not. You can read more about WordPress template here https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/basics/template-hierarchy/
