I just got off the phone with the hosting company to see if there might be anything happening on their end, and they did confirm that the user credentials are correct. They were able to sign in using the new password, of course. I have provided new credentials. If this doesn't work, can you provide me with an email so that I can set you up as a user?
Yes, I logged in to your site and fixed the issue. Not sure what's wrong with the State taxonomy. I've deleted it and re-create a new taxonomy with the same settings and it works properly.
