    Hi,

I'm moving a site away from ACF to Metabox and with ACF I have some custom fields on the category which I use in a Divi template for a WooCommerce category page.

I've got the custom fields on the category (product category) and have MB Term installed, but when I go to the Divi page builder for the category page, it doesn't show me the fields for the category? It shows me lots of other custom fields, such as fields for the products themselves though.

I've tried to access it view a manual field but that's not working.

Any ideas what I should be putting to get the manual field? Or why it isn't showing up as a normal choice?

    Thanks
    John

    Hi John,

If Divi builder works with the term meta, it can work with the plugin MB Term Meta which creates the standard meta fields for terms. Please contact Divi support to ask for help with this case.

Or you can use the helper shortcode [rwmb_meta] to display the field value on the product category page. Read more on the documentation https://docs.metabox.io/shortcode/

I've asked Divi support why it isn't working but frankly their support isn't great (it was the first couple of times I asked but this particular support guy I keep getting ignores my detailed question and provides a link to a document about the basics that I made clear I already know..)

For this use case, I've ended up using dynamic css (generated with php and rwmb_meta to get the background image url).

    Thanks
