    Hi,

    I will group my custom fields in a settings page. The custom field are add yet. How can I do this?

    Hi Cees,

    Do you mean to move the current custom fields inside a group? The current field value will be lost because the field type group saves the value of the subfields in a serialized array.     I recommend grouping/categorizing the current fields in the tabs https://docs.metabox.io/extensions/mb-settings-page/#using-tabs

    Hi Long,

    Tabs is exactly what I want. The only thing it is based on field groups, not on specific fields. I have a settingspage Website (with all fields for Google, 404 pages etc). I have make a field group Website with all that fields. I will organize this field group to different tabs but that isn't possible so far I can see. I have to make different field groups. True? How can I move custom fields from an existing field group to another field group?

    Hi,

    You can move custom fields from a field group (meta box) to another but have to keep the same field ID and settings page.
