Hi, where can I find subscription cancellation?
I just can't find it in my account. My situation changed and I wanted my subscription to end. Before my license expired I checked it in my account and I assumed my license just ends as it was written in the table. I didn't find any option to cancel. So I assumed it expires and I won't be charged so I let it expire. But I was charged for another year and I am really upset. I still cannot find a way to unsubscribe... Where can find it? I won't have much use for this plugin anymore as I am no longer in a need of the plugin. I enjoyed it, but I won't probably use it upcoming year. And if so I will buy it then. But I am in no need for it now.
I would really appreciate if I could get a refund. Thank you very much for any help.
