How to get direct url from repeater - Meta Box

Hi,

I'm trying to get the direct url to a document I upload on a Metabox repeater.

I'm working with Oxygen and when I select the field I'm not getting the full url to the file, I'm getting 0.0.0.204 as URL.

Can you please help?
