It seems like the newest group gets put up top and while most won't interact with that page, I will and would prefer if the order of the field groups was in a different order that made sense. However, I can't seem to find a way to change the order or priority of the field groups for on the Profile page in WordPress' Admin.
Meta Box does not support re-arranging meta boxes on the user profile page. With MB Builder, you can change the publish date, with coding, you can change move the registered meta box up/down to re-arrange them.
