    Hi there,
    I have created a basic Field Group for users to submit posts on the frontend which includes an image upload with default UI field.

    All is working fine, however when an image is uploaded by the user (prior to submission of the form) you do not see a preview (thumbnail) of the uploaded image? Only the file name.

    Is this expected behaviour?

    When I look at your documentation for this field type here you can see a preview of the the uploaded image as a thumbnail.

    Am I missing something?

    Hello Leo,

    Yes, it is expected behavior. The thumbnail will display after you submit the post successfully which means after the post is saved. Before that, it works like a field file without previewing.
