Improving usability of relationship editor

1. When selecting a field, enable search immediately
2. When selecting a field, keep the search field on the level of the field, and open the popup so that it doesn't make you look elsewhere.
3. Make it possible to define what text is shown in the related object selection dialogue, e.g. add custom field data, and not just the title.
4. Enable creation of new related objects if they don't exist yet.
