Installing Bundle Extensions Fails - Meta Box

I purchased the Extension bundle and have tried to install 3 extensions from that bundle. The plugin installation process does not complain and after I'm done it shows that the extensions are activated. When I try to find the Dashboard menu item for Meta Boxes , in order to use the Meta Box Builder, that menu item is nowhere to be found. The same thing has happened with the MB Settings Page Extension. It's nowhere to be found. I've installed and deinstalled at least 6 times already. This is frustrating.

Hi Thomas,

Regarding Meta Box Builder, I've answered in this topic.

Regarding MB Settings Page, this plugin doesn't have any menu. You need to use some custom code to create the settings pages for yourself. Please follow the documentation on how to do that.
