Issues with custom posts / fields migration - Meta Box

Hi I'm using Metabox AIO and Oxygen 3.1

On one of my websites I just migrated using your ACF migrator and new custom post migrator.
The migration went ok- but now Oxygen does not recognise Metabox fields in the Oxygen editor. This is an issue with your migrator since I've used Metabox in various websites before without issue.
